This was our second time visiting the Pho Bar location in Pembroke Pines and we’re so glad we gave it another go! We had originally gone shortly after they opened when the menu was still limited and the bar wasn’t serving alcohol yet (only wines). Fast forward to now...everything was fully up and running and the quality was just as amazing as the Pho Bar in Davie (which we also love). The food was delicious...fresh & flavorful. But the real standout this time was our server, Tien. He was fantastic! Super personable, attentive and gave us great recommendations...including a really good Japanese whiskey. It made the experience even more special. Good food, great service and an all-around good time. We’ll definitely be back more often!

Had a serious craving for some good pho but my go to place is closed from 3-5pm so I looked up somewhere near me and came across this place thought I’d give it a try and let me tell you I am so glad I did! From the cute patio outside to the warm inviting interior and the newly renovated bar, it’s so cozy and such a great ambiance! They have happy hour from 3-5 I believe, so naturally I had to try the lychee-coconut mojito (I did ask for it to be less sweet than normal) and it was phenomenal. I also had the flank and brisket pho. I will warn you they make their own homemade noodles which are a little different than what I’m used to and I didn’t care for the texture too much but they told me they do offer “regular pho noodles” upon request and they promptly switched it out for me which I was so grateful for! it came out within 5 minutes piping hot and full of flavor!! I was practically licking the bowl clean when I finished. There’s a ton of options on the menu as well it’s not just pho. The servers were so kind and so attentive. Im so glad I found this place, I thoroughly enjoyed it and will absolutely be back!

It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. If you’re lucky enough to have Shay as your server, you’re in for an excellent experience. Highly recommend! I've been here with my family multiple times ever since we recently discovered this place and every time it's great! My personal faves are the Pork Banh Mi, Spring Rolls with vegan mushrooms & tofu (2-pc), House Special Pho with Homemade Noodles, Grilled Pork Noodle Bowl, Ube Mousse Cake, and the NEW Pandan Crepe Cake. (Sorry I forgot to take photos of the ube mousse cake & pandan crepe cake but it was soooooo good!) (Just to add: the Grilled Chicken/Pork/Shrimp Noodle Bowl is kind of like a salad–the sauce on the side, veggies & noodles are served cold while the meat & pork egg rolls are served hot. Just wanted to add that heads-up just in case you didn't know and would prefer a warm/hot dish instead.) Our waiter Tien was also very welcoming and helpful, especially when I informed him of my allergies. Definitely coming back! EDIT ON 4/2/2025: Added description of Grilled Pork Noodle Bowl, and added photo of 2-pc Spring Rolls.

I’m Vietnamese and I have to say their food is good. I think Pho Bar is the most decent Vietnamese restaurant in South Florida. What’s most amazing is that their food quality is very uniform and constant in all locations despite they have multiple locations. I myself tried in all places and they are all good. Service is also good. Overall, great place and I will come back often. The only thing I wish they could do is to expand the menu and add more dishes. They cook well and they should offer more dishes
